Bonding: Being brothers, the Goss boys fought like cat and dog, while the only thing Craig got to slap was his bass. But the boys did manage to hold it all together for almost three years, but not before Craig slung his hook. C

Behaviour: Aside from the their pre-signed haircuts, these lads were clean living and fun loving. What with the late eighties being accessory city, nobody ruled the Clock House and Avanti roost like the brothers Goss. The lads could spend money like there was no tomorrow (maybe they knew something we didn't), splashing out on all the trappings of luxury, but strangely enough, shunning the knee sections of a pair of trousers like it was the clap. A-

Attendance: Although their tenure was short, Bros certainly made the most of their '88-'91 hey-day. They scored a total of ten Top 10 hits, including 'When Will I Be Famous', 'Drop The Boy' and 'Cat Among The Pigeons'. Craig left the band in 1989 after - as rumour has it - receiving something of a cruel beating at the hands of the twins of evil, and the Goss boys knocked it on the head after their third album, 'Changing Faces' bombed in '91. To their credit though, the lads are doing well. Luke has cracked Hollywood with his role in Blade II and Craig now manages rock chick P!nk. Matt has a plush home in LA, and can be spotting bopping anyone approaching him at A-list parties saying: "Cor! You're that guy from Bros! No, the other one!" B+
