Do you forget or lose things, and does it drive you mad?!

By Stephanie Todd
Did you forget your mother in laws birthday? Are you the type of person who would forget their head if it wasn’t stuck on their shoulders? Join me for ways to conquer the curse of forgetfulness!

So why do we forget? And more importantly, what can we do to prevent these annoying episodes?

We all forget, and sometimes you just feel like there is nothing you can do to rid yourself from losing things.

I set out to find out how we can put forgetfulness behind us, with some top tips from psychologist Dr David Clark-Carter from Staffordshire University.

Whether you're young or old we are all affected by forgetfulness, sometimes it can be as simple as misplacing your shoes, or as serious as forgetting to get your own mother a mothers day card!

I'm terrible for forgetting things, forever blaming tiredness and others for why I lose things! It's something I would do anything to rid myself of ... so have a listen and find out why we forget and what you can do to improve your memory!
