BBC Sport Wales' at-a-glance guide to the squad that Team Wales sent to the 2010 Commonwealth Games. The Commonwealths is the only multi-sport event where Wales competes in its own right and the Welsh are one of only six nations to have competed at every Games since 1930 - winning 215 medals, including 49 gold, previous to their trip to Delhi. Wales sent approximately 175 athletes to India to compete in 15 sports at the 2010 Games, which was held between 3-14 October. The Welsh Commonwealth team were hoping to improve on the 19 medals - three gold, five silver and 11 bronze - they won in Melbourne in 2006. The haul of medals in Delhi 2010 was again 19 - two gold, seven silver and 10 bronze - with Team Wales chiefs announcing the Games a success.
