The 22-year-old Spaniard is aiming to become the first man to win Roland Garros and Wimbledon in the same year since Sweden's Bjorn Borg managed the feat in 1980.
"I've made it to two Wimbledon finals so sure, I can win, but it's a lot of work," said Nadal.
The other leading names at Hurlingham will be Tomas Berdych, Tommy Haas and James Blake.
