SPL fans train with their club coaches to get fit
Football Fans in Training (FFIT) is a project from the Scottish Premier League Trust aimed at male fans who are willing to adopt a healthier lifestyle. BBC Scotland producer Paul Bradley is participating and here is his first video diary.
