Sale Sharks have signed hooker Mahonri Schwalger and utility back Marika Vakacegu, both on two-year contracts.
Schwalger, 30, moves to Edgeley Park from Magners League side Scarlets, while 27-year-old Vakacegu arrives from National One outfit Cornish Pirates.
"Mahonri will significantly strengthen our front-row capability," said Sale director of rugby Kingsley Jones.
"Marika has been one of the best players in National One this season. I am sure he can make the step up."
