Tait has been dogged by injury during his first three months at Sale

Sale Sharks full-back Mathew Tait has welcomed the appointment of coach Kingsley Jones as the club's new director of rugby.
Jones, a former Wales captain, takes over from current boss Philippe Saint-Andre at the end of the season.
Tait told BBC Radio Manchester: "I think it will be a great appointment.
"Kingsley has been here a long time and knows all the players. He knows what everyone is capable of and I am sure he is perfect for the job."
He added: "Philippe's decision came as a great surprise to all the players. But I think it is the nature of professional sport that people move on to different challenges in their careers and their lives.
"The club owes Philippe a heck of a lot for what he has achieved and come the end of the season we'll hopefully have something to show for his last year in charge."
