Sale suffer second fly-half blow

Thomas had surgery on his forearm on Wednesday
|
Sale fly-half Lee Thomas is expected to be out for 12 weeks after breaking his arm in the defeat to Newcastle.
Thomas underwent an operation on Wednesday to have a plate inserted in his forearm.
The Sharks are already without first-choice Charlie Hodgson for the rest of the year with an injured knee.
"Lee had been playing well at fly-half following his move from the centre. He was enjoying his new role," said director of rugby Philippe Saint Andre.
