Saracens easily booked their place in the European Challenge Cup quarter-finals thanks to a 52-6 home thrashing of Parma on Sunday.
The Premiership side ran in eight tries with front-rowers Nick Lloyd, Kevin Yates and Matt Cairns all scoring while fly-half Nicky Little added six conversions.
Sarries will meet Brive in the two-legged quarters next month.
London Irish however are out despite beating Pau 19-16 at home.
The Exiles needed a six-point win to progress and despite Mark Mapletoft scoring 14 points, they came up just short.
The Borders had to overturn a 30-point first-leg deficit against Clermont-Auvergne but suffered a 23-34 home defeat at Netherdale.
The Scottish side conceded four tries while Hernon Senillosa added 14 points with the boot.
Sale Sharks advanced to the Challenge Cup quarter-finals after beating Narbonne 25-10 at Edgeley Park on Friday.
After a 33-15 win in France, the Sharks scored tries through centre Chris Mayor, wing Steve Hanley and French flanker Sebastien Chabal.
Connacht, who won their first leg 56-3 over Montpellier, also progressed despite losing 19-14 in France.
