London Irish hooker David Paice has been suspended for three weeks by a Rugby Football Union disciplinary panel following a dangerous tackle.
Paice appeared before a three-man panel after being cited for a tackle on Bath's Issac Feau'nati during their Premiership match on 4 November.
Paice had already been suspended for one week by his club following an internal disciplinary meeting.
He will not be able to play again until 29 November.
