Glenn Delaney's side finished fourth last season

Nottingham have signed tight-head prop Petrus Du Plessis from fellow National One side Sedgeley Park. Du Plessis has agreed a two-year contract with the Green and Whites. Nottingham's director of rugby Glenn Delaney said: "He is a very mobile top-class scrummager, who has given us many problems in the past." Du Plessis added: "I am excited about joining Nottingham and am determined to carve out a professional career by concentrating full time on Rugby." Du Plessis represented England Counties on their tour of the United States and Canada in 2008.
