He gets selected in the World Cup winning squad of 2003 and makes an appearance in the group stages but misses out on the final
Regan joins Leed Tykes in 2002 and helps them lift the Powergen Cup against Bath at Twickenham in 2005
After missing the World Cup Final in 2003, Regan returns from international retirement to make the 2007 final against South Africa
Regan defies his club Bristol and represents the Barbarians, captaining them against South Africa in December 2007
