Wimbledon cut through Jersey's three-quarter line just before half time to score a converted try and added a penalty to level the score at 10-10.
After the break Jersey pressed harder and three more tries gave them the win.

Jersey have now set up a play-off against Staines for a place in London One division.
Haywards Heath secured automatic promotion by topping the London Two South table.
Jersey captain Kern Yates told BBC Radio Jersey: "We wanted to go a whole league season without being beaten at home and we've done that."
But he was disappointed with his side's performance against the already relegated Wimbledon.
"Bottom-of-the-league side playing a top-of-the-league side at home on a sunny day, we should have produced really.
"We've played better in three inches of mud to be honest."
Talite Vaioleti opened the second-half scoring and put the islanders back in the lead with a push-over try.
Sam Tuia thrilled the 500-strong crowd when he ran half the length of the field, swerved to leave prospective tacklers in his wake, and secured the game at 22-10.
James Cooper went over for Jersey's fifth try.
Jonathan Swift nailed just one of his five conversions.
Jersey Rugby Club face Staines in the crucial play-off on Saturday, 26 April at St Peter.
