Mortlock will be out for three months

centre Stirling Mortlock will miss the rest of the Super 12
tournament with a shoulder injury.
The 25-year-old was hurt in the second half of the 37-22 win over South Africa's Stormers in Canberra on Friday.
"(Mortlock) will have an operation to repair torn cartilage
in his right shoulder," said a statement from the Brumbies, beaten Super 12 finalists last year.
The Wallaby, who has won 20 caps at full-back, outside centre and wing, will be hoping to be fit for Australia's home Tests
against Ireland, Wales and England in June.
"He is expected to take up to three months to recover from
the injury," the statement said.
Mortlock was Australia's Super 12 player of the year in 2002,
scoring eight tries.
Brumbies coach David Nucifora said: "Obviously this is
terrible news for Stirling and for the team. He has been in
outstanding form already this year."
