Full-back Gibson and second row Williams, both 19, will now train full-time with the first-team squad.
The former England Academy pair will feature in the Rhinos' friendly with Wakefield at Headingley on Boxing Day.
Chief executive Gary Hetherington said: "We promote players to the first-team squad each season, and Ashley and Danny are outstanding candidates."
