Bradford hooker Ian Henderson will leave the club when his contract expires at the end of the season to join the New Zealand Warriors.
The 24-year-old Australian, one of three brothers playing in England, turned down a new deal with the Bulls.
Henderson, who has played 65 games for Bradford since joining from Parramatta in 2005, said: "I would not have left to play for any other English club.
"This opportunity with the Warriors has come at just the right time for me."
Bradford coach Steve McNamara added: "We are very sorry to see Ian go as he has been tremendous for us.
