Former Wigan forward Jerome Guisset has recovered from injury and has been named in France's 18-man squad to face England at Headingley on Sunday.
Guisset, who will play for Les Catalans in Super League XI next year, sustained a hand injury in the European Nations Cup win over Russia last weekend.
French coach John Monie will use the friendly against England to field players who did not face the Russians.
England include Leeds duo Ryan Bailey and Mark Calderwood in a 21-man squad.
