Paul was left out of England's World Cup squad
Henry Paul has turned down the chance to make a brief return to rugby league.

New Zealand coach Daniel Anderson wanted the former Wigan and Bradford star to play in this month's Test against Australia later this month.

But Paul, who was a regular in the Kiwi side before switching codes last summer, says he has club commitments with union side Gloucester.

Anderson wanted Paul to fill the scrum-half berth for the match in Wellington on 18 October following the loss of Stacey Jones through injury.
