Sinfield: To Hull and back
BBC Sport Online columnist Kevin Sinfield heaps praise on Hull following their 38-6 win over Leeds but says the Airlie Birds won't win Super League VII.

I don't think I have ever seen Hull put a performance together like that.

We expected to go there and get something, but they were excellent and didn't make many errors all night.

They will be a threat if they can continue to play like that all season, but it is a big ask

If they play like that every week, they are going to be a top-three side.

On the other hand, it may be the best they play all year.

It was a big shock to lose by such a margin.

I can't see many teams going there and getting anything. It's a difficult place to go.

We were 18-0 down at half-time but two of their three tries were down to individual errors.

If we had been 6-0 down it might have been a different story, but we left ourselves too much to do.

Jason Smith is the key for them and he had a top game playing out of position at scrum-half.

Jason Smith
Smith: "So much class"
He totally ran the show and has got so much class.

If he was still playing in Australia I'm sure he would be playing for the Kangaroos.

But if you take him out of the side they will struggle quite a lot.

I don't think they are every going to win Super League, I'll be honest about that.

They will be a threat if they can continue to play like that all season. But it is a big ask and I'm not sure they can do it.
