Jones' Ashes agony
Fielding at long on, Simon Jones' knee twists as he slides to stop a Ricky Ponting drive going for four
His spikes appear to stick into the outfield and his left knee jams into the ground leaving a huge divot
His left knee digs in as his right knee hyper-extends and twists, rupturing the anterior cruciate ligament
Jones is clearly in pain as England physio Kirk Russell treats him on the outfield and attempts a diagnosis
Russell supports the joint as Jones is carried off on a stretcher and is taken to Brisbane's St Andrews' Hospital
