What tricks you are attempting
BY POST:
Download the online form and send it along with your video.
BY EMAIL:
If you are over 16 and want to send in your entry by email, simply send your images or pictures to us at: academy@bbc.co.uk and attach your video as an avi or QuickTime movie file.
BY MOBILE:
If you are over 16 and want to send in your entry by phone, simply record your video or pictures and send it as a Multi-Media Message (MMS) to us at: academy@bbc.co.uk*

VIDEO RULES
1. Tricks will not be published unless the rider is wearing a helmet. BBC Sport cannot be held responsible for any injuries which may occur as a result of these activities.
2. Entrants must provide the following details when entering: name, date of birth, home address and a contact telephone number. All video tapes must be sent in with a completed application form and competitors under 16 must have this form signed by a parent/guardian. Entrants must have the consent of the person who took the video to enter it in the competition.
3. The Producers do not accept any responsibility for late or lost videos. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
4. The Producers' decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The Producers reserve the right to cancel the tricks website at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
6. The Producers reserve the right to publish part or all of any entry on its website and may require the winning entrants to take part in post-competition publicity
7. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when sending in their tricks.
8. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. This competition is promoted by BBC Sport Interactive, the Producer. We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your permission except for the purposes of running the competition which you have entered.
If you submit an image, you do so in accordance with the BBC's Terms and Conditions.
In contributing to the BBC Sport website and WAP site you agree to grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to publish and otherwise use the material in any way that we want, and in any media. (See the Terms and Conditions for the full terms of our rights.)
It's important to note, however, that you still own the copyright to everything you contribute to the BBC Sport website and WAP site. This means you are perfectly free to take what you have produced and re-publish it somewhere else. Please note that if your image is accepted, we will endeavour to publish your name alongside it on the BBC Sport website. The BBC cannot guarantee that all pictures will be published and we reserve the right to edit your comments.
Some sporting action is covered by copyright so we may not be able to publish all your submissions.
