British duo Ian Jones and Hazel Simpson won bronze medals in their 200m finals.
Jones finished behind "Blade Runner" Oscar Pistorius, who powered to victory in the T44 final with a Paralympic record of 21.67 seconds.
The South African claimed the sprint double after winning the T44 100m on Tuesday and the 21-year-old will now go for gold in the 400m event.
Simpson, who won two silvers in Athens, finished in 32.43 seconds behind Wang Fangnd Claudia Nicoleitzic.
The 29-year-old was relieved to secure a podium finish after tiring towards the end of her race.
"I had to really grit my teeth and run all the way through the line. I nearly crushed my teeth," said Simpson.
Elsewhere Martin Crutchley finished fifth in the F37/F38 shot put final, with a best throw of 12.72 metres.
Nathan Stephens finished 11th in the F57/58 discus final, but maintains strong medal hopes in the javelin on Tuesday.
In the women's T37 200m semi-final Katrina Hart finished fourth, setting a season's best of 31.24 seconds, while Shelley Woods finished third in her T54 800m semi-final with a time of 55.52 seconds. Both will compete in Sunday's finals.
Wheelchair racer Mickey Bushell broke the British record to finish sixth in his T53 200m semi-final, but unfortunately his performance was not good enough to progress into the final.
