Home favourite Heras is bidding for his fourth title in 2005

Spaniard Roberto Heras took a major step towards a record-breaking fourth Tour of Spain title when he snatched the overall lead by winning stage 15.
Heras made a spectacular attack 50km from the stage finish to overhaul overnight race leader Denis Menchov.
On the final climb, Heras pulled away from a group containing three other riders to secure the 10th Tour of Spain stage win of his career.
Samuel Sanchez took second with Javier Pascual Rodriguez in third.
