Bayley upsets Bos for gold
Australian Ryan Bayley
Australian Ryan Bayley beat world champion Theo Bos of Holland in dramatic style to claim the men's sprint gold medal on Tuesday.

Bayley came from behind twice to outsprint the Dutchman 2-1 in their best-of-three showdown.

The 22-year-old earlier disposed of German Rene Wolff in the semi-final, while Bos ousted veteran Frenchman Laurent Gane.

Wolff gained some consolation by beating Gane in the bronze ride-off.

Bayley's win took Australia's medals tally to six from five days of Olympic track cycling.
