Switzerland's Didier Defago wins dramatic downhill gold

Unfancied Didier Defago of Switzerland wins the blue riband event of the Winter Olympics - the men's downhill race - ahead of USA's Bode Miller, who finished third, and second placed Askel Lund Svindal from Norway.
