Tyrone gaelic footballer Peter Canavan has been named Belfast Telegraph Sports Star of the Year.
Canavan picked up the main honour after leading Tyrone to their first ever All-Ireland Football title.
The honours didn't end there for the Red Hands as Mickey Harte's side were named team of the year.
Other award winners included Glentoran's Andy Smith who was named footballer of the year and Alan Solomons who took the coach award.
Following his recent operation, Canavan was unable to attend the awards so Cormac McAnallen, his successor as Tyrone skipper, picked up the honour on his behalf.
Since captaining Tyrone to the Sam Maguire victory, Canavan has picked up a succession of awards including the BBC Northern Ireland Sports Personality honour.
Smith helped Glentoran lift last season's Daily Mirror Irish League title and was also capped by Northern Ireland.
Solomons coached Ulster to the Celtic Cup title before Christmas and his side have also performed creditably in the Heineken Cup and Celtic League.
