Laverty leads NI challenge

Michael Laverty claimed a podium place at Knockhill in Scotland
Michael Laverty will be chasing another podium finish in Sunday's British Superbike Championship round at Snetterton in Norfolk.

The Toomebridge rider, who claimed a third place in the last round at Knockhill, heads the N Ireland challenge this weekend.

Joanthan Rea, John Laverty and Marty Nutt also go in the superbikes.

Adrian Coates, Ryan Rainey and Stephen Thompson race in the superstock class with William Dunlop in the 125s.
