Reynolds won the Superbikes title for the third time last year
British Superbike champion John Reynolds is awaiting an operation to repair his broken right leg after returning to England from Spain.

The Suzuki racer is set to undergo surgery in Nottingham after breaking the leg when he crashed during testing in Valencia on Friday.

He now faces an anxious wait to see if he will be fit for the new season which begins at Brands Hatch on 28 March.

"I am humbled by the messages of support," he said.
