Triple world champion Sir Jackie Stewart has said he rates Mark Webber "highly". The 70-year-old Scot, whose Stewart GP team became Jaguar in 2000 and then Red Bull in 2005, believes Webber has a good chance of winning this year's Formula 1 title.
