 Tom Watson shaking hands with Jack Nicklaus in 1977. Watson was an Open Champion five times in 1975, 1977, 1980, 1982 and 1983
 Australian Greg Norman's only two major titles have come in the form of the Open Championship - in 1986 and 1993
 Seve Ballesteros made himself a well known name with five Majors, including three Open titles in 1979, 1984 & 1988
 Six major titles, three as Open Champion in 1987, 1990 and 1992 have made Faldo Britain's most recognised golfer
