New Leeds manager Simon Grayson insists he has no problem dropping down a league to join the Elland Road club.
Grayson, who quit as Blackpool boss, said: "When the opportunity came to come here I couldn't wait to be involved as quickly as possible.
"It's a massive club and close to my heart having played here before. The ambition is an attraction as well.
"I wouldn't have dropped down a division for any other club. This is the next stage of my career."
