Hammers pair fined over bust-up
John Moncur
John Moncur fined for his part in match row
Former West Ham team-mates Marc-Vivien Foe and John Moncur have been fined for their part in the ugly after-match scenes following the London derby defeat by Arsenal on 2 May.

Referee Paul Durkin was surrounded by angry Hammers players after allowing Emmanuel Petit's winner despite an apparent handball in the build-up to the French star's injury-time strike.

Foe, who has since moved to Lyon, appeared to push Durkin in the melee, although in reaching their decision to fine the Cameroon international £8,000, the FA accepted that he was only attempting to make his opinions known rather than attacking the referee.

Moncur also admitted his misconduct charge after launching a verbal volley at Durkin and was fined £1,000.
