Watford have signed Icelandic international striker Heidar Helguson on loan from QPR.
The 32-year-old spent five and a half years at Vicarage Road before joining Fulham in 2005 and has now agreed to return until the end of December.
Helguson has started only three games for QPR this season, scoring once.
He becomes the Hornets' second signing this week, after the arrival of Northern Irish defender Craig Cathcart on loan from Manchester United.
