Rangers release defensive quartet

Marvin Andrews has been linked with Reading
|
Rangers have paid off defenders Olivier Bernard, Marvin Andrews, Jose Pierre-Fanfan and Bob Malcolm.
The quartet are now free agents after negotiating their release.
Bernard has been snapped up for a second spell at Newcastle, while Malcolm has been in talks about a loan deal with Millwall.
Trinidad & Tobago's Andrews has already reportedly turned down a contract with Reading, while Pierre-Fanfan rejected an offer from Gimnastic Tarragona.
