Vale hopeful on investor interest
Port Vale chairman Bill Bratt believes there is a "50-50" chance a US-based investor will plough funds into the cash-strapped club.

Bratt spent two days in the United States talking to two potential investors at the weekend.

Following the discussions, he revealed he is hopeful one of the two interested parties will decide to invest.

"He's over 70, but is a real football person and has said he will let us know by the end of the week," Bratt said.
