Haldane is on a season-long loan from Bristol Rovers
Oxford United forward Lewis Haldane is not taking a starting place for granted, despite scoring a spectacular goal in the 3-1 win over Cambridge.
Haldane started Tuesday's match from the bench after disappointing in the defeat against Crawley and he told BBC Oxford that he must impress more often.
"No player likes being on the bench. The best thing to do is to come on and show you want to be playing.
"I hope to play but if I don't I will have a good attitude and come on."
