Jim Smith is not worried about his job as Oxford boss

Oxford manager Jim Smith is confident that he will not lose his job after their crushing 5-0 defeat against Rushden & Diamonds.
The U's were 3-0 down inside 14 minutes and ex-Oxford players Martin Foster and Andy Burgess were among the goalscorers at Nene Park.
Smith told BBC Radio Oxford: "I will be speaking to the chairman.
"I only want what is best for Oxford but I have no doubt that I will be picking the team for our next match."
Smith added: "We have got to regroup now after this defeat and make sure that we are ready for the next game because the FA Cup tie against Northwich is now a huge match and a huge competition for us.

"It is not the lowest point since I have been back at the club because we have been relegated but it is nearly there."
"The management sometimes feel more hurt than the players after a defeat like this.
"We did not put ourselves enough to stop them scoring five goals and it was too easy for them.
