Oldham have completed the signings of winger Joe Colbeck from Bradford City and Leeds defender Alan Sheehan.
Colbeck, 22, has moved to Boundary Park for an undisclosed fee after playing for the Bantams on a week-to-week contract after rejecting a new deal.
Sheehan, also 22, a Republic of Ireland Under-21 international, has joined the Latics on an initial one-month loan.
He is available to make his debut in Tuesday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy tie with Accrington Stanley.
Colbeck is not eligible to face Stanley but could make his debut against Hartlepool on Friday.
