Kirk has impressed in recent months having scored 20 goals since his move to Boston from Hearts last summer.
The Northern Ireland international has agreed a three and a half year deal.
"When we signed Andy I agreed that any offer in excess of six figures would involve him in the decision," said Boston chairman Jon Sotnick.
