Boro keeper Jones signs new deal
Brad Jones
Middlesbrough goalkeeper Brad Jones has signed a new two-year contract, reports BBC Radio Cleveland.

The Australian's new deal commits him to the Riverside Stadium club until the end of the 2006-07 season.

The 23-year-old had spent much of this season on loan at Blackpool, where he made 12 appearances.

However, he was given a rare start for Boro in Saturday's 1-0 defeat at the hands of Arsenal when Mark Schwarzer suffered a back injury in the warm-up.
