The 30-year-old centre back has agreed a new three-year deal, reports BBC Three Counties Radio.
The former Portsmouth and Cardiff player joins Steve Robinson and Chris Coyne as the experienced players who have so far signed up for next season.
Perrett who joined the Hatters in the summer of 2001, scored twice this season in his six appearances.
