The pair, both 20, have penned 12-month deals to keep them at Sincil Bank until June 2007.
Striker Ryan and midfield man Frecklington signed their first professional contracts last summer.
Frecklington has since played nine first-team games while Ryan has played ten times for Keith Alexander's side this season.
