Bates remains furious with the club's 15-point deduction

Leeds chairman Ken Bates has confirmed the club are to appeal to the Football Association against the 15-point deduction imposed by the League.
United were punished for a breach of rules on insolvency following Bates's takeover of the club, a punishment upheld by League chairmen on appeal.
But, in a letter on the Leeds website, Bates vowed not to let the matter lie.
"The 15 point 'sanction' is a scandal and a travesty of justice. We are appealing to the FA," he said.
