Ipswich defender Richard Naylor has returned to full training after spending a month on the sidelines with a slipped disc in his neck.
The 30-year-old has not played for Town's first team since February, missing the run-in to last season with a toe injury that required surgery.
"Richard is making progress - we will continue to monitor him," physio Matt Byard told Ipswich's website."
Naylor has made nearly 300 league appearances in his Ipswich career.
Midfielder Sylvain Legwinski is also closing on a return to training next week after missing last week's win over Scunthorpe with an ankle injury.
