Marques, 27, has played with Stuttgart making 34 League appearances along with Portuguese side Portugal.
Frenchman Quorn, 24, was at Royal Antwerp in Belgium and has played for the club for the last three years.
Ipswich boss Joe Royle told the club website: "They have both been recommended to us and we will have a look at them."
