Former Barnet boss Still, who has been offered a two-year deal at Victoria Road, said: "I will be signing. It (the contract) is there for me."
Still, who returned for a second spell in charge of the Daggers in April, 2004, told BBC Sport. "The club knows me well.
"I'm not rushing down there to do it, but it will be signed well before the end of the season."
