Dario Gradi, the League's longest serving manager, insists he is committed to Crewe, despite relegation.
"I have made mistakes this season, but I am committed to trying to get back into the Championship at the first attempt," he told BBC Radio Stoke.
And chairman John Bowler says he will back the managerial team to push for promotion next term.
"I know how hard these people work, I know of their expertise and this is not the time to be making any changes."
Gradi has been in charge at Gresty Road since 1983.
