Stewart has been in fine form since his move to Yeovil
|
Bristol City chairman Steve Lansdown has revealed that City have begun talks with Yeovil over the permanent transfer of Marcus Stewart to Huish Park.
The 34-year-old striker is coming to the end of a three-month loan spell in Somerset with the Glovers keen to make the move permanent.
Lansdown had shown a reluctance to open negotiations over the switch.
But he said: "After all the talk about a move for Stewart we have now actually started talking."
