Bull has spent the last three months on loan at Griffin Park and played 14 times for the Bees.
The 23-year-old full-back has now signed a deal until the end of the season.
Bull made 50 league appearances for Millwall but had not figured at first-team level this season and also spent a month on loan at Yeovil.
