Midfielder James Coutts was pleased to mark his return from a bout of German measles by scoring in Bournemouth's friendly against Christchurch.
The 18-year-old had been sidelined by the illness for three weeks.
"The first 15 minutes were a bit tough, but after that I started to enjoy myself," he told the club website.
"I am probably a couple of weeks off being fully match fit, but with players coming back, there is even competition for a place on the bench."
The Cherries won the game 5-1, with Dani Rodrigues (2), Stephen Cooke and an own goal providing the other goals against their Wessex League neighbours.
